Make no mistake about it. This is a big blade. It’s thick and heavy at the spine which would make it ideal for large cuts of meat or big fruits and veggies. It has a slight bow in the spine but does not affecting the cutting edge. I have discounted this blade due to this visual imperfection.

Made from alternating layers of 1084 and 15n20 high carbon steel over a W2 core with hidden tang construction. Polished finish.
